"My primary goal is to help people be healthy, active and pain free."

Hey! I’m Beth. I’m a nature loving, adventure seeking, bodyworker who’s always looking for new ways to help and inspire you.

I’ve personally helped over 1,000 people through manual therapy and corrective exercise, since I started my business in 2009.

All that hands-on work has taught me a few things about what it takes to live and move well. Now, I’m on a mission to inspire people to create positive change, implement healthy habits and improve their quality of life.

When I’m not writing, researching, providing massage therapy, or doing laundry, you can find me one of 3 places:
1. In the park with my dog
2. On the trail with my friends
3. Alone in my garden

"Beth is truly tops in her field.  This is more than just a simple massage.  She takes the time to listen to you when you explain where your problem areas are.  She also tries to find the root cause of any pain.  I have chronic neck, shoulder, low back, hip and leg pain.  After 5 surgeries and countless medications, I , by far, get more relief from a session with Beth than any of the medications.  She is by far the best massage therapist in town."

"At a students recommendation, I had a massage with Beth this week that was one of the best I have had.  She is incredibly knowledgeable.  Her knowledge comes from deeply listening to her clients for years through her hands.  I had a lot of pain.  She was able to work WITH it rather than trying to wrestle it to the ground with force.  What works for me is in the balance of listening to what my body is saying and responding confidently, skillfully and appropriately."

"Being the the Military, I've been and lived all over the world.  Beth is the single best Massage Therapist I've encountered.  I give her my highest endorsement."

- Daniel H.
