The week between Christmas and New Year’s can feel like a pause — a chance to reset before jumping into January. This short course was created to help you use that time in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and doable. The 5-Day Feel-Good Reset is a simple, self-paced experience made up of five short daily practices. Each day takes about 10 minutes and is designed to help you bring your attention back to your body, ease stress, and make small choices that help you feel better. This isn’t a diet, a workout plan, or a big New Year overhaul. It’s a chance to slow down, check in with yourself, and build a little momentum before the year ends. Over the five days, you’ll: - reconnect with your body through simple awareness practices - ease some of the stress that builds up during busy seasons - make one good-for-you choice each day - move your body a little bit more -choose one focus to carry into the new year Everything is intentionally simple so you can actually follow through — even during a busy time of year. The course is self-paced and flexible. If you start a day late or move through it more slowly, that’s completely fine. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s feeling better and ending the year on a positive note.
